The Trustees of Bishopton Community Development Trust hereby give notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Trust, to be held on Sunday, 6 April 2025, at 4:00 PM.

- Minutes of previous AGM held on 9 February 2023
- Report by Directors on Trust activities
- Consideration of Annual Accounts covering the years to:
30 June 2023
30 June 2024 - Election/re-election of Directors
Hard copies of the agenda and papers will be available at the meeting.
All members of the Trust and interested parties are invited to attend.
Only Trust members who attend will be eligible to vote. A minimum of 30 Members of the Trust must be in attendance for the meeting to be quorate.
Non-members/members of the public who have not completed the Membership form are welcome to attend and observe proceedings, however they are not eligible to vote.
